Access your account

Log into your HeidiPay account with the username and temporary password you received by email. If you haven’t received your credentials, please contact us here.

  1. Go to https://merchant.heidipay.com/merchant-portal/login/
  2. Log in with the username and temporary password you received by email

If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?” and you’ll receive a link via email to reset your password

Change your account details

To make changes to your account or update personal details, navigate to "Account settings" in your Merchant Portal

Update company and billing information

You can update your company & billing information in the "Organisation information" section in your Merchant Portal.

Update bank account details

If you want to receive your payouts from HeidiPay in a different bank account, you can update your bank account details in "bank account for settlement (IBAN)" in the "Organisation information" section in your Merchant Portal.
