Installation & configuration

1. Install the HeidiPay module

Please follow the steps below to add HeidiPay as payment method to your Prestashop online store:

1. Navigate to “Module Manager “in the “Modules” section​
2. Click “Upload a Module” ​
3. Upload the HeidiPay Module in zip format that you received from us in the onboarding email​
4. Scroll down and the HeidiPay module will appear in the list. Click “Configure”​

5. Enter the HeidiPay API key
   • They API Key was provided to you in the onboarding email. You only need the API Secret/Sandbox Key, you don't need any Public API Key.
   • For testing mode: Enter the HeidiPay API Sandbox Key and tick the box underneath
   • To go live: Enter the HeidiPay API Secret Key and untick the box underneath to go live
   • If you haven’t received your API keys or cannot find them, please contact your sales representative or request new ones to [email protected]

Don't forget to untick the test environment box underneath the API key field when going live
