Testing HeidiPay before accepting payments in store / phone sales

If you want to do some test before accepting payments in store / by phone you can log into the Sandbox Test Merchant Portal with your test credentials. Please remember the credentials for Sandbox are different than the ones for the live environment.

If you haven't received your test credentials, you can request them here.

Once logged in you can create test payment plans and accept test payments by using a test card number provided by our payment service provider Stripe.
